We require a 3-hour notice of cancellation. After 2 reschedules of the same service appointment you will only be allowed to come as a walk-in to receive any services, to avoid any further reschedules. Client Satisfaction - Please at anytime during your service, if you are not satisfied or need to address any adjustments, or concerns to your therapist, please do not hesitate to speak up and direct your concerns directly to your therapist.

You will be denied receiving any services without proper identification, and confirmation of payment. All refunds will be given to the payees credit card at the time of purchase. A payment verification will be needed to book any walk in appointments via cash or credit card with proper Identification.
